Is there any script that will go through my list of gallery links and create a thumbs tgp html page, using the first thumbnail of each gallery?

Here's one script that could have done it but it seems to have disappeared from the face of the web. Looks like a systematic erasure of all traces of the script by some big powers..

For creating galleries I'm still to find something as versatile as Arylia. 30s/gallery, once you've defined a template. Rips FHG's, does pics on HTML, picks content from zips, zoom-crops, you name it.
