2257 help for my new site

I have just looked at http://www.klixxx.com/archive/legaltips.shtml and do I really need a lawyer? I dont think so I hope thats all a load of old guff.

I am putting pictures of girls from my sponsers (mayorsmoney, dutchteencash, epiccash etc) At the bottom of my page I have put a link 2257 which gives the website address of each sponsers 2257 address.

What else do I need to do?

Also do you need 2257 for european hosting?
I might go american hosting.

Well, if you are submitting to Amercian TGP/MGP's you will need the 2257, no matter where you host it.
And no, you only need a lawyer (or just keep good records yourself) if you use your own content. In your case, when only using the models of your sponsors, you just need to link to their custodian of records, which you say you have done. In that case, there is no need for anything else.

the best thing you can do is make sure you have cash set aside for a lawyer if the shit ever hits the fan....that way you can wire whoever the $5000 retainer and he will jump in and help you out

If you work in adult, you need a lawyer. Period. If you wait until you are sued to actually get a lawyer, you'll most likely end up paying much more than 5K... especially if it's a reputable lawyer. You are much better off retaining a lawyer now then waiting until you actually "Need" one.
