Assuming it's a real dumprep.exe... it's stuff that is part of MS system - basically fault logger for XP. But... ya may not exactly want it since it feeds data back to MS (tho think you got to agree to this).

May be worth dumping or renaming....

. friend said that is was some type of vir or spy but i thought that it had to do with the log. that shit pops up on computer and the damn thing acts like it doesnt want to work .
