And there is no charge if you reboot it yourself, only if you have a server from the Miami datacenter and we have to have a tech do it.

These are not "managed" servers, we just help out the best we can. If a hard reboot can be avoided, we will avoid it. There are not too many reasons where one would be required.

If it turned out to be a hardware issue, of course we would not charge them.
