I'm actually looking for some software that will let me block certain sites during the day just for set time frames so I can bang some projects out.

you can put gofuckyourself.com in hosts as 127.0.0.1 thats a good way to stop it but I dunno about a timer maybe copy a 127.0.0.1 hosts file in with windows scheduler thing!

oh shit, that's almost too easy...I'll just do this on the main computer I work on with all the gfy variations...until I find some push buttony software to do it.



Damm KVM switch makes it too easy to flip to my other boxes, or my remote windows box....BUT, I mainly work on this computer so it'll help fooooo shooooo

it's just the normal hosts file right? I tried in both copies I found on this box...
