How high can these guys go? I remember a few years ago it was 50 bucks. Now it is over 100. What is the deal? How the hell can they afford to do this without going broke? Is it a scam?

cam sites average members are usually worth more than a $100 that's how they can do it, They are cutting into thier profits of course but it's just how the game has to be played these days. Lots of competition.

It's an advertising expense... Gets more links up to the program and more active affiliates. With more traffic a program will make more sales off consoles, and also get more typein sales. Links usually stay up after the bonus period ends and keep on sending traffic at the standard payout rate.
