At risk of pissing off my fav sponsors, Flirt4Free is easily the best in my opinion. Some of the others have only a handful of performers, while F4F seems to have almost as many as the ladies.
Plus, they have their own site (same look as the girls), feature shows and the design is top-notch (and yes, it's important!) Definetly check out their program at VSCash - while they may be lean in promo tools, they pay out nicely (20% lifetime revshare up to 35%) and since their shows are relatively expensive, hitting the $5k gross for the 35% isn't hard.
