Question:: Blog Directory Scripts?
Are there any blog directory scripts on the market that people could add their sites and it would 'confirm' it's a blog in order to actually make it through to a 'review' page? *wouldn't want to review a buttload of 'other' links*

Anyone heard or seen something like this? Or should I just go for something like a LinkList script or simple directory script and review manually?

Help!

If you name your site a "blog directory" you will likely not receive many non-blogs. I sometimes receive a non-blog submission, but that happens very rarely. It is also quite difficult for a script to decide if something is a blog or not. Of course it can detect the usual blog scripts like wordpress and thumblogger. But their are many other small scripts and home-made blogging scripts that can be hard to detect.
