I have tried that twice as well to no avail. I guess I'll try a third.

Bingo.

Just spoke to "Andy" in account, she was COMPLETELY unconcerned with payment, laughed about putting a stop-payment on a check (which caused fees on my end). I cancelled an account with them before because of extreme incompetence in getting a payment out. I just want my damn rebills.

But forget it -- if other affiliates aren't getting paid either, I'm not even going to bother following up. Screw it, I'll divert my links elsewhere.

Holy shit, they just emailed me. I'm still going to cancel all of the accounts, but it's surprising to get an actual response.

Just as rude as all the other contacts, but a response is a response.

It was all over a tiny account that only accrued $90 to begin with, HA! They "claim" the rebills (2 years worth) on that account stopped when the account was cancelled .. i.e., the MEMBERS were cancelled with the affiliate.

It's amusing how many sales will get diverted over a stop-payment fee on a check, heh. My bank called me to tell me I'd be paying fees. It's rude as shit not to tell someone you're putting a stop-payment on a check, so fuck em -- if they want to treat affiliates like shit, what goes around comes around, eh?

Glad I wasn't alone. I was paid like clockwork for years till this last check. I thought it odd, but I guess I was actually just lucky before. Thanks.

Yeah, I'd just pull the links. An "I'm sorry" would have done fine even if they DIDN'T pay my bounced-check fee, but they just treated me like an asshole, so oh well. Fuck 'em.

ICQ me if you need high-level contacts at other sponsors -- I deal with most of 'em, either as a consultant or as an affiliate.
