Trademark is a totally different ballgame. You'll need to apply for a trademark separately. As I don't have a trademark, I don't know the proper steps to take, but I'm sure you can find plenty of information online or call your county courthouse and I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.

trademarks seem easy enough to reg......alot of sites do it for like 200-300$

okay so if i own the LLC and someone is squating on the domain ( doing nothing with the domain fake whois the whole 9 ) do i have a case to get it with just the LLC or should i trademark it ?

No. The mere fact that you registered a LLC for a name in one state doesn't mean you get trademark protection. For FEDERAL (nationwide) trademark protection you must file with USPTO and DEFEND your trademark against infringers or you lose its protection.

Same goes with domain names.... unless it is unique like MYOWCHUNGOOQUQQQ or some bullshit like that the mere combination of words doesn't a trademark make.
