Looking to learn .php.....

What would you reccomend doing for the best way to learn .php
(books?, go to class?, online?,)

and how long did it take you to learn and on average is it a hard language or not ?

I would recommend long hours with the source itself..

php.net the manual.

it's hard to understand at first but when you get it you learned it the right way.

Books that I've bought have helped me way beyond any tutorial or manual that I've found online has. I recommend buying a few good books, but also go through the tutorials and manuals online for backup. And like others have said here, www.php.net is now your new bible. Learn to love it.
