If you're willing to up your budget you'll be able to eliminate the problems you're currently experiencing. A 10mbps server at any quality hosting company with full server management is going to run more than $200. Now if you're looking for an unmanaged server and can handle everything yourself, there are several discount hosting companies out there that may be able to accommodate your needs.

We have a 10mbps server going for $350, fully managed with our 24/7 acclaimed support. This is a P4 2.8ghz, 80gb hard drive, with 1gb of ram which will be good for your TGP.

Ev1servers can do it for $199...It's an unmanaged Celeron box tho.

The lowest we pay for 10mbit unmetered is $175, but it's a special deal.

I would expect to pay in the neighbourhood of $250 for 10mbit unmetered right now. We are looking for another box as well and if any one has multi homed unmetered in this price range hit me up.
