Seems no matter when i go to bed i sitll wake up within the same 5-10 minute time fram everyday..even if i go to bed at 3am after hitting the bars i stll wake up at 6:45am

Be glad. Mine is 5:45-6:00 am. I didn't go to bed until 3:30 this morning and at 5:50 am I was staring at the clock trying to will myself back to sleep. I'm sure I'll feel like shit all day today.

I don't, but my dog does. Every morning, within 10 minutes either side of 6am, he hits me around the head with a plushy toy until I wake up.

I'm the same way. I always wake up at 10am +- 5-10 minutes.

I've always been a night owl, and 10am is the perfect time for me to get up, still have most of the day, but get to feed my night owl tendencies by staying up late.
