The Iraq case was pretty speculative from the beginning regarding WMD. The Iran case isn't speculative at all. Everything is pretty much fact. I mean hell, even France is pissed! China and Russia, 2 of Iran's biggest allies are also pretty edgy, the only reason they aren't taking a hard line stance (like everybody else) is because of the oil and weapons trades.

However, the difference here is that Iran openly admits to enriching uranium in violation of the NPT. They did it in secret for 18 years and when we caught them then they give us the story about electricity.

The only reason Iran and North Korea are getting cute with this shit now is because they know our military is overextended in Iraq. So really you can blame Dubya for this.
