I need a bulk emailer. Any suggestions?
I have a little over 10 million opt in and co reg records. All full source. I am looking for a cheap software app to mail these records direct following Can-Spam. I need to be able to do tagging for the spam police that sign up for a site and then munge their address just so they can complain. I have mailed this list several times already and have only gotten 3 complaints from my ISP. Please let me know what you reccomend.

also, i want to mail this list twice a day, so i need to be able to send at 1 million an hour. I have the servers to do this, but i need an application that can operate at these speeds....
