try www.kayak.com...like orbitz, etc. they don't have southwest or jetblue, but they aggregate every other orbitz-like site under one roof.

ya what I usually do is go there and see what prices they have and then go to the hotel and airline and book directly through them only cause I found it can be cheaper that way.

I use orbitz a lot.
I did get the bone once though, as a bed and breakfast that I booked through them folded. I don't think that's the fault of orbitz, i just wouldn't book a smaller place thorugh a big site again, for that reason.

It really depends on where you are going. If you are travelling to a common tourist/business travel palce, you can find sites that give great exclusive rates (Ie Los Angeles, Las Vegas, etc).
