Perhaps not, but I assure you that there are plenty of people on this board and in this industry that had strict Christian upbringings and changed.

Nonetheless, it's whether you wish to be taken seriously. Are people going to take the views of someone who makes gay innuendos and masturbation jokes seriously? The reason the nutjob religious groups get taken seriously is because they know how to handle the public. If you want to sway mainstream public opinion about the porn industry, e-mail exchanges like that are not going to help. Not sure where you get the invisible men thing. But I can't agree with your statement that the books are "proven" to be false. Often times the arguments that the bible is false are based on a false understanding of what it is and what is says. The arguments are also made using "science" that has proven to be only as accurate as today's knowledge.

Here's one of the typical things. The bible says that the earth was created in 6 days.. non-believers say that's simply not correct. So one could "assume" that that means the bible is saying the earth was created in 6,000 years... But that's not right either. The bible says it's "as" 1000 years.. so for all anyone knows, it could in fact be 1 million years... Which means, the earth could have been created in 6 million years... Closer to what the scientic community believes???

At the end of the day.. It all comes down to a decision everyone has to make as to what they put their faith in. As long as you're fullfilled and happy with the results then that's the best anyone can hope for.
