Wakeboarder attempts jump over fountain (pics) - GoFuckYourself.com

Just got back from watching pro wakerboarder JD Webb jump the fountain in Orlando's lake Eola. It was ramp to ramp over a 70 foot gap and the whole thing was being filmed for the Discovery Channel series " Stunt Junkies "

He made three practice runs and had a big fall on the last one. Then they turned the fountain on and he made his final atttempt which was perfect.

Here are a few shots I took and watch for the show on the Discovery Channel. It was pretty amazing

Wakeboarders do go both ways.

He took three practice runs with the fountain dry and then they turned on the fountain and he made one last pass shown in the pictures above. On the last of the practice runs he got sideways in the air and landed awkwardly on the ramp sending him flying backwards into the water. It was a pretty big fall but he shook it off and made the final run with the fountain turned on.
