Designers: who knows Joomla inside out and can design me a template?
Joomla pretty much takes care of everything for the CMS, but I'm looking for a clean crisp design for a mainstream community designing...

we've set up and customized one website in Joomla. By customized I mean changing some code inside Joomla to make it fit our needs. So ya, i'd say we are pretty comfortable with it ;-) Hitting you up on ICQ right now.
