A comment about CCBill support (Drama? You will have to click to find out)

We are undergoing a restructure of some of our corporate stuff so there was a lot of info that had to be changed on all the affiliate programs we promote. Several of them being processed by CCBill.

As most of this stuff I never had to do before, I naturally had questions. This meant that I made a couple phone calls, and sent a few emails.

All phone calls (think there were 3) were answered on the first ring by a competent and fluent representative.

All emails were responded to within a matter of minutes. I have my email set to check every 10 minutes, and their replies were always there, so they responded in less than 10 minutes.

This was all on a Saturday afternoon.

I wish I had taken notes on who answered the phone, but I know I dealt with Matthew and Luke via email, and I would just like to give a tip of the hat, a pat on the back, and a thank you to the support staff at CCBill for their assistance today.

It is a pleasure to do business with a company that realizes the Internet does not shut down on the weekends and are there to help their clients. They remind me of me.

Thanks.

For those hoping for some drama, I am sorry for the disappointment you must be experiencing at this point in time. Please accept my heartfelt appologies.

When the time comes that I give a rat's ass about your opinion is the day that I put a bullet in my brain.

Your team is doing a great job. Pretty sure this was my first experience with them, and you know what they say about first impressions.

I've had the same experience in my email correspondence. I actually emailed CCBill trying to get some information to uncover a scam that someone was running on a job posting site. They got back to me with almost no turn around time and answered all my questions.

Not all processors are created equal. Other processors should take notes.

I do agree that CCbill can be a sample of good service. Paycom has shitty support, noone pick up the phone or answer an email on Sunday. It happens already twice to us...They are secondary processor and I think I know the reason why they always gonna be number 2..
