Link directory script vBulletin static links/urls?
I'm looking for a link directory script to use with my vBulletin site, one that creates static links/pages and preferably also has an option to display links in toplist format.
I am using vbPortal as portal script for vBulletin, and vbPortal has a Links module but the links/pages are not static so lots of webmasters won't be willing to linktrade with me because search engines usually do not spider dynamic urls. So, I'm looking for another option. It would make sense to use 'vBadvanced Links Directory' because it integrates with vBulletin but vBadvanced Links Directory doesn't create static links/pages as far as I can tell. I would use X-Power Links 2 because it creates static pages, but it doesn't integrate with vBulletin and I think the script has more features than I really need. It's also an expensive script, I need 6 licences. Does anyone know a script that would allow me to create cats/subcats, creates static links/pages, has a toplist function and integrates with vBulletin? |

'vBadvanced Links Directory' links ARE spidered
I have just been told by Brian from vbAdvanced that the links in 'vBadvanced Links Directory' ARE spidered. I'm not sure yet if it's because the way they scripted the Links Directory or because the search enginges can spider dynamic links now..
Anyone here who uses 'vBadvanced Links Directory' who has experience with links being spidered or not being spidered? |
