Anyone wanna go in a diet?

How about who loses more pounds before next june? Like
1k bet? 2k bet? whatever...I just thought I need a boost to get me started

hehe.. I currently have no 'real' reason to start a diet. (except the fact that I'd like to see my willy once in a while)

Here's what you do ~ have your girl take a bathing suit shot of you today and post it on GFY, then again every 2 weeks.
The foresight that you'll have to don that suit and have your progress plastered all over GFY will be motivation to stick to a strict food intake and impress us all!

How bout we bet on if you can lose more or if I can gain more. Haven't been working out in a long time, and even if I did I could probably only gain 6-7 pounds in one month...

That's a good idea, but I unfortunately have too strong self-esteem and wouldn't feel too bad about it. Besides it's ME who's gotta lose the pounds, not you because I took your appetite ;)

gaining weight is much more harder for us small guys. it takes me like a year just to gain 10 pounds. i could lose that 10 pounds in a week if i wanted to.

Once you stop working out for awhile you lose weight. I went on vacation for 5 weeks two summers ago and lost about 7 pounds.

I personnally reckon the best way to lose weight is just to have a walk once a day. Instead of driving to the shops...just walk...a brief 15 minute walk each day does wonders...

i only need 40 lbs to lose, i'm sure somebody would kick my ass in that, besides, i'll lose that in 6 months, and gain it all back by the time a year has passed, and the whole contest would be a failure

I don't know in pounds but I'm around 130-135kgs

Krome, it doesn't work for me.

I have a dog which I take out for like 2 hours per day, then I play several hours of soccer/hockey whatever, depending on the time of the year. I just don't lose weight (I'm gonna lose the bet too though, just need motivation
