Who is the "shrimp" man that Sawyer wants to kill?

I didn't quite get it.

He thinks its a dude that killed some broad he was conning if I remember right. I'll have to dig the dvds out.

Hibbs gives Sawyer information on where to find the man (in Sydney) who slept with his mother and stole from his father, causing his father to shoot his mother and then himself. Sawyer can't bring himself to shoot Frank, until after he talks with Jack's father. Once Sawyer shoots Frank, he realizes, by what Frank says, that Hibbs had set him up and Sawyer had killed the wrong man.
