Advice on Webmaster Advertising - GoFuckYourself.com

Trying to get maximum exposure for our gay webmaster programs. We want to find a board to advertise on that has the potential, with the right marketing tools, to pull some productive affiliates. Of course all the boards and webmaster resource sites tell you that their site pulls, has xxxx traffic, etc...but we have experienced many times on some boards that all we get are people just starting out, with no traffic, many with "coming soon" websites..etc.

Perhaps its our marketing materials. We would be open to recommendations on a good designer that can make webmaster program banners that pull...

So, any recommendations on what resource board or wm board we might consider, as well as grapic designer for program banners..

Unfortunately peoples on here can't post URLs to other boards to post and/or advertise on cuz they will get banned.

Except SquishyPimp. He will give you URLs to other boards. Just ask him. Really he will. He's not scurred of the ban hammer!

Advertising on GFY is like 2-3k / month for top banner spot, but I don't suggest you do that unless you're also willing to spend another 2-3k buying sigs as well to get the exposure to make the campaign worth it.

I'm not sure if Eric is still giving discounts in exchange for handjobs or not. [email protected] you can ask him.

he's been a regular poster and program owner at gww for quite a while, actually, and posts at gms, as well. unless i'm mistaken, doesn't ccbill process for his program, gaypaycheck.com?

Thanks for the suggestions. I am aware of the gay boards..post on several of them. I wanted to try to reach a broader market with our advertising and was hoping for some referrals that are not gay specific... that, based upon experience, are receptive and productive for gay programs.

As for the designer.. still looking for a good gay program banner designer...I want to see more depth in design than is in the portfolio of the designer mentioned earlier.

Heh, seriously though, I don't think they care about linking to gay boards that much. Not like they're going to lose a ton of webmasters to them.
