Got bored, made snack and reading now.
Quick and easy.
Pan fried potatoes, bell peppers, onion chunks, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fried up in the left over grease of the linguica I slowly cooked first. removed sausage when browned, tossed rest in, when well toasted on one side, flipped added back sausage, made a well and tossed an egg in. Took me all of 20 minutes including prep and dealing with raw potatoes.

opps forgot, diced up a Serrano as well and tossed that in.
Garnished with that sriracha chili sauce or however you spell it.
