the only thing new about this is the size of the wheel, my old neighbors had shovels with wheels for years

wanted to get one but it kind of seems like a pain to use...seems like it would be quicker with a traditional one...

I'm a cold weather pussy. I don't understand living where such a device is necessary.

Roomba of scooba? If it's scooba you're lucky: http://www.sharperimage.com has a 3 day promo $239 and there are many links out there that give free shipping on +$100 orders.

I started with 1 roomba and have bought an extra one for upstairs followed by one for my mother, one for my sister and one for my sister in law. These things are simply amazing. Clean your house as good as you can and let roomba have a go at it for an hour.... you'll feel ashamed about how dirty your house is.

So when they came out I immediatly ordered a Scooba. While it does a great job the floor is not dry after it is cleaned (as advertided)... but hey I can wait for 15 minutes for it to dry. And it's not that great on the edges. But putting a mop around those edges once a week soen't bother me that much...

I ordered all of mine from the US and I'm in europe so guarantee could be an issue but untill know -knock on wood- not one signle problem with any of the machines.

Can't wait untill they introduce their lawn-mowing robot.

does it actually work? seems like it can only handle the snow on top and leaves a small layer of snow anyway. How are you supposed to scrape ?!

the handle bars are so high that if you hit a piece of ice the damn thing is just going to flip forward. Hope you can adjust those, didn't bother reading anything on the site.
