they said they shipped it and this was almost 2 months ago.. paid with paypal, i heard you can get your money back, how does it work?

It may have been shipped. I sent an order out last year to a guy in Austrailia and it took him nearly 3 months to recieve it. Item was sent within 2 days of his purchase. We went back and forth for two months ,him saying I never sent the item. But I did have all records from the postal service to prove I sent it.

Ask seller for shipping varification.If it was sent from the U.S he had to fill out customs papers. And would have been given copies.

Depends if the seller you bought it from had the criteria to be under PP's fraud protection program (they have to have 50 positive feedback, at least 98% positive). Unfortunately in your case that doesn’t even matter as you only have 45 days to make the claim that you did not receive your item. If you paid with PayPal via a credit card, you can do a chargeback to get your money back though depending on the amount it may or may not be prudent for you to go that route.

As Psycho_x said though definitely ask for customs papers, or anything else (receipts), that the guy got from the Post Office or his shipper of origin. He’ll have receipts, if he claims he doesn’t he’s frauding your ass.

I bought Toy Story 2 a while back for my son, and shipper said he lived in the US but the package came from Asia or somewhere, took 2 1/2 months to reach my door. Perhaps this is the case for you, but never the less, I hope you get it soon or your money back. There is a link on ebay to dispute a charge or purchase i think.

yea it could be that it just takes this long, it happened to me a couple of times before.... personal record was a shirt i ordered, i had already forgotten that i ordered it til i got it about 3 months later

as for this seller, he got 99,5 % positive feedback, ill hit them up for receipts from the shipping.. i already asked if they got a tracking link but they just keep sending one sentence emails that they already sent it out

file a claim with paypal, and then if you get it before the claim expires you cancel the claim.
I have hgad to do that 3 times in the last 2 months because the seller either forgot to ship it out or was delayed in shipping it.
all three times I ended up getting the item within the 20 days that paypal allows for claims.
