I flip on the tv or go out for a drink.But then again the bar is 500ft from my front door and my office is in my home. So I know running out to get a drink isnt always an option for everyone.

Are you paying yourself or is someone paying you?

In either case, what's worked for me is doing a quick "learning job" for myself. Read something. Code something. Stare off into space and listen to something. You'll either feel bad for not working or feel bad for who you work for. In either case, something gets done.
