How the fuck do you NOT get that error when checking back farther then the current week?
Hell have the time I get that error checking farther back then the last 2 days.

I had problems like that as well awhile ago... I adjusted the MTU on my router firewall and the problem pretty much cleared up.

First you shoudl find out if that's the problem... i.e. use a dial-up connection to see if ccbill works fine, or plug you computer directly into the cable modem etc.... that's how I narrows it down to being my router... then I read some of the router troubleshooting guides for https things and they had info on how to adjust the MTU.

For my router (Linksys BEFSX41) I go into the admin click Firewall.. set MTU to manual and I have a setting of 1400.

Oh.. And if you run any other firewall software like MS, Zonealarm etc., test things by turning them off as well.
