if it's for his cost then it wouldnt be a bad deal and resolution to your problem. However you might have the same girl walking 2 weeks from now, and someone else doing a site with her and competiting with you. If you have a years worth of content I would just launch the site regardless and run with it. If she sticks around great. If she sticks around and no one else snags her and competes with you even better. but you have to almost count on another site poping up built around her sooner or later.

I doubt he is going to admit anything at this point. It is clear what he has done so you at least get some satisfaction for exposing this.

It was mentioned before the start of this thread. Hell, I even went on to say put up the site first to see if it the goldmine we envisioned. If it is you can buy me out. If not then it doesn't matter.

As I said before, you were on the wrong end of this, but not by our intentions. If it had been intentional I would not have bothered contacting you once the mention of the content came up. I would have just put out the site QUICKLY. Do you think that the content you shot is important to us? It's not in the slightest. No. The main issue has been asked and answered, which was producing the same exact site concept with the same model WITH our complete knowledge AND doing it out of malice.

No ducking, no hiding, no spin. Being on the side of DWB has nothing to do with your views our content or our sites. Your words were very clear in what you thought of our girls and sites, and you took the opportunity to throw it in what you must have been thinking for some time now.

But she will be eternally 18 on her site. We have years of content for Joon and all of our girls. As far as content, I am happy you prefer to shoot the overexposed San Fran and Cali girls. Girls that are in every production and on every asian site on the web. Good. I wish you well with it and am happy you enjoy it. I prefer our girls as you put it all '3rd World'.

And break back out the Sherlock Holmes cap on the fansigns. Have you ever seen a custom generated fansign script? They are part of our ad tools and probably a 100 other programs have them. They are fast, quick ways for affiliates to add a personal touch to their site. Of course those are fake, was that really a discovery for you?

The fansign shoot we did with Lily Koh the end of December was our first fansign shoot and announcement, and affiliate who asked for them LOVE THEM.

I'm not quite as ignorant or naive as you may think. As an independent, it irks me at times about all of the fake crap pumped out by corporate sites, but in the end that's business for some people.

Please note that I am not in the habit of posting negative things in your threads, and that more often than not, I have made positive/supportive comments, if I have posted anything at all.

Fortunately for me, I have a hardcore dedicated base of fans that know what I do is for real, and is not based upon marketing gimics. My biggest fan base is in the Bay Area, because they get to meet me and some of my models at various events here several times a year, plus they can host photo shoots, etc.

Loyalty earned like that runs deep...

I didn't come into this thread spoiling for a fight. I honestly am in awe of what your designer(s) come up with. I do most of my site by myself, and for the most part I am a self-educated amateur, which I am not ashamed to admit.

If you have seen any of my serious posts, I am very defensive of people I like and respect, such as DWB (even though some of his content makes me squeemish), although I am also unafraid to disagree with them publicly.

I genuinely hope that you and DWB can work this out amicably.

As a gesture in that direction, I would recommend first a public apology, and then for both of you to take your negotiations off the board - read again my first post. This need not have evolved past that.
