Of course they could instead just sit in traffic patiently waiting for an IED to not only blow up the Hummer but also any nearby onlookers. Hummer = sitting duck, targeted in roadside bottlenecks. There have been many, many reports of this.

What I find even more interesting is how 2 radically different opinions can be formed from the same video clip.

Pretty strong argument. Though a key problem has always been the Shiite militias that were untouchable and off-limits, they caused huge problems. Now the whole idea is they are no longer off-limits, are being raided and will be punished... there's been quite a few "big busts" since this has been allowed and their leader is on the run.

Who knows.
