What is: 1st installment annual Mastercard fee $250 USD ??

2nd installment annual Mastercard fee -250 USD 3th installment annual Mastercard fee -250 USD 4th installment annual Mastercard fee -250 USD (So I was billed $1000 so far, weekly by verotel with every weeks invoice.) I'm seeing those on my last 4 Verotel invoices, their live help chat could not answer what that was, so I sent them an email. Under time I'm waiting I want to ask if anyone here knows what that is, check your invoices details maybe you have them to  (I'm in verotel pro)
