How Do I Get My Cd Drive Back!!! Plz Help
Evidently i deleted somthing i shouldnt had of today and now my cd drive doesnt work. i place a cd in the drive you hear it spin and then nothing.... there is no longer an f drive in "my computer" and i cant put the driver restorer disk in my laptop and reinstall the drivers cause my cd drive will not pick anything up. Anyone know how i can somhow reinstall my cd rom drive? I dont care if i have to whipe my comp out cause everythings on an external. Any suggestions ???????????????????????

Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager / DVD/CD-ROM Drives.
I'm sure you'll find the device with a yellow exclamation point. Click on it and re-install drivers windows should d othe rest. |

Thanks guys .... that didnt work but when i clicked on proporties and seen the error code 39 looked it up on microsoft and followed the step by step instructions to delete some reg keys. I felt like a brain surgen in there haha,,, anyways thanks guys.
