Do you like Settlers 2? Here's a free "clone" of Settlers.
The graphic isn't THAT good but it's OK. It's a Settlers-game so the gameplay is what counts.

If you like games like SimCity try Pharaoh(and the expansion),in my opinion it`s the best game in this genre.
