I dig the creepy surfer, but I would second Boy Alley's opinion regarding his deformed penis. I would probably make it stick out a little more instead of straight up and maybe make it look a little more pronounced and exaggerated. Are you going to change the gray around the bottom?

- menu is good

Cons:
