is redhotcherrypopper*com or redhotcherrypoppers*com a good domain name? they're both available. I don't want them, but I thought they're kind of catchy. Anybody agree?

SEO = Search Engine Optimization
basically in this case related to the domain names you posted, it means that there are no keywords in that domain name that people search the search engines for.
In other words nobody searches for:
Red Hot Cherry Poppers
Cherry Poppers
etc.
For the best opportunities in the SE's you want domain names with popular keywords people search for when looking for that type of content.
such as: Big Tits...Web Cams...Shaved Pussy...etc.
