anyone ever have this problem with an existing site? my main overview doesnt show.. every other section of the script comes up besides the main overview stats. i tried ctrl + f5, clearing cookies and all that dumb shit but i don't think it really matters.

Are you getting a blank screen or are the stats frozen?

If it's a blank screen, check the permissions on admin.cgi. If they are frozen, your cron died.
