I had the same problem and called 10 AM this morning and was told a hard drive blew out and they were changing it and it would be done in 15 Minutes.
10 PM tonight site is still down so I call again and I was told the same thing and I told the dude I was told that 12 hours ago. He said I was on a cheap account and I said so fucking what it's been down more times then I can count and I was testing them before I went all out and upgraded. He told me he'd move my site ASAP and 10 minutes later all was back up again. The same thing happened last week and I was told I was on the cheap account when I called so it looks like the drive in accounts suck ? |

It seems things have finally been resolved, which I appreciate. Although I do wish notification would be dispatched, and live support maintained.

Call them, I'm sure they can give you details. Even Yahoo, MSN has downtime, there is no way to avoid it.

whats the difference with cheap accts and expensive acct in support? have never heard that when i was in webair before. something had changed

I have a very important site with them on a totally different server/account and it's been almost 100% no issues but this new account I just set up about two months ago has been down for several hours 3-4 times now with no notice ?
Support is always 100% though ! |
