Hell, it doesn´t happen in my country and we have one of the highest violent crime rates in the world...

It also said he was a loner with a history of mental issues. It has nothing to do with being an American, it has to do with the fact that he was mentally unstable. I really do not believe people in the US take mental health seriously until something like this happens.
