I take that back, I just started my first cup of coffee, and I'm pretty motivated to goto the gas station to grab a pack... brain is barganing with itself.. "ok, just smoke when you drink coffee.. not the whole cig either" etc..

Don't backslide. Been there, done that.
I was a heavily addicted smoker. Smoked for 15 years. Finally quit, but then stupidly started again in 2000, and then quit again in 2003. It is incredibly hard to quit, but great to live free. If you need help: freeforlife.com
