Just read the TOS of these folks. It basically says, if we didn't make a profit off your traffic, then we're not gonna pay you and you can't sue us. Amazing. It's like not paying for a newspaper ad if you didn't make a profit off it. Did anyone else read this guy's TOS?

We put that in simply as precaution to protect ourselves against many types of fruad... To date we have not kicked a single webmaster out for the quality of their traffic..

As long as you follow the linking rules you shouldn't have any problems.
