And my Paypal message says I want a refund. Simple. I can't believe your going to lose all reputation over $100, man things must be tight for you. Obviously this 'business' of yours must be heading the same as the other one, which failed.....

No, the weekly maintenance is very short, last week though he switched to a new bigger server which took longer, and some of the accounts took longer than normal, his being one of them. One of the posters on here account didn't take long at all though.

I tested valuhost4u our of curiosity...

their ebay deals have a 3 day money back guaruntee.

I bought one, then immediately askd for a refund. thats all the email to the said.

"apologies, i bought in error, id like a refund as stated in your policy"

I go a reply saying "what domain do you want for your account"

I again replied with "i want a refund. no account"

they just sent me a full accuont details page, they have set me up with an account in my GFY name hahahahahahahahahahaha

I think something very fishy is going on here! lol

Sure, "our" servers go to the car wash, the website gets pulled for maintenance, the "many customers" never complain and the "enterprise" that has a problem with $100 refunds runs from a house in Pennsylvania.

On the ten star host rankings - this idiot obviously gets top marks

goodluck with paypal

with service type payments they almost always side with the seller

to the OP it seems like you have but you may want to try to offer setup, first month, cost of domain, be deducted from the refund amount. I know it is not what you are looking for since they did have the money back guarantee but that way you get some money back and can keep the domain. Even if paypal sides with you you will end up loosing the domain.

Well.. obviously if your website is down, how would you expect anyone to point to your TOS??? Is this just a logic blank or the level of sense a client can expect?

Why don't you post your TOS here???

maybe in the archived sites....

If I was the host, the money would be already back in his account. ..My time and reputation is worth way much more.
BTW, I reimbursed an oriental customer a year or two ago, on a dedicated box, because he changed his mind .... Not worth arguing.

If I was the client, I would do a chargeback with the credit card issuer ...

Hiya, I offered to knock off the first month when I realised I was being scammed. I also offered to pay for the domain registration, but was refused so have been forced to register an alternative and pay extra design costs to get my website adjusted.

omg your a genius... im sure i read that my bank has online insurance..... thanks for the headsup.

And yes, the amount of emails he has sent me trying to keep his grubby hands on the $100, which to a single new client like me is a lot of money but to the owner of a big web host company should seem like pennies, and the hit on his rep.... you'd think simply refunding me and saving face would be a better alternative?

Exactly DF - it's not even worth the hassle thinking about $100

This website was moved over/purchased from another defunct host a few months back, so no real public record of it yet on the archives.

OK Phil or whatever your name is... why don't you provide a copy of your TOS and quit playing dumb??

Or... what's the problem with your website??? Why don't you install it?

Did the artistic temperament over design issues force you to pull your few web pages and result in your whole business coming to a halt and not taking any more clients???

DaddyHalbucks is a nick on GFY.

Na... he needed your home address to stall again - it's all about the check thats in the mail. The one that will never get delivered

Obviously Phil's mind needs to be focussed...

So if I understand this right...

you paid atomicwebhost for an account on the 29th...
you couldn't upload (as they admit) for 2 days...
and then cancelled your account on what day???

eitherway, considering at most it could be 10 or 11 days, they should have refunded you the money out of goodwill... just another host I won't do business with..

Yes.
I couldn't upload files from 29th until 5th May. I still have the email.
And they terminated my account on Wednesday 9th, after I asked for a refund (due to poor service and poor quality)

-------

yeah I thought so, since I asked what he needed it for he still hasn't replied lol

oh and looking through my emails, the account was actually set up on 30th

And then this was my email I received on 6th May...

Quote:
Hey,

Everything has been fixed. I'm really sorry for the delay, I've been working on it a lot now. We had to setup your account on one of our newest servers and had to do things with the nameservers. For how long it took, I set it up so your namesevers don't appear as NS1 & NS2.ATOMICWEBHOST.COM <http://NS2.ATOMICWEBHOST.COM> but for .LATINAASSFUCK.COM

Sorry for the delay again,
Phil
hahaha set up on 29th or 30th my ass!!!!!

Read that "we had to setup your account....." hahahahaha fucker!

Just spoke with Paypal, and they have no idea what he's on about when he says that they promised him he would win the case.

I'm just going to need to send them all the conversation logs, specifically the one where he emailed me on 6th May saying "your account has now been setup on a server" and everything should be ok

Wow, this thread is too easy. You just have to quote him, he fucks himself over plain and simple.

You know valu-host. Used to work for them, but now own your own hosting company from which you get valu-host customers who are unhappy with their service. You own your own servers and do not resell. All while your corp name is under valu-host from which you are taking your orders through.

Right. Cause that makes sense.

No no. You as the "business owner" get to provide the portion of your TOS that does not state so. You don't get to remove your site, then tell customers to go find shit. You're also blatantly saying "we don't have 99.9% uptime" which is terrible.

P.S. Thread starter - So they stole your domain? That domain should be yours no matter what, just because you cancel your hosting package does not mean they can keep the domain. I'm surprised you didn't push this when the guy was here responding.

Potter - thanks for that man you summarising all that makes it even more of a joke .... lol .... if it wasn't for losing cash! haha

Yeah I know, I wanted www.LatinaAssFuck.com which he said was in the price, i.e. i was paying for it. I didn't realise he would register it all in his details.....what a prick.

I've gone and registered www.LatinaButtFuck.com ( and am having to re-design my sites graphics.

I can't wait to see the post he makes on GFY in the future trying to sell my domain...... lol

Now Phil - refund me my money!!!!!!!

www.TeenSlutBox.com

www.LatinaButtFuck.com

www.GoodingsMedia.com

All hosted on a nice new AMD X2 3800 with 2gb Ram, 10mb line and 500gb storage to play with. And he said if I go over, he'll do me a good deal on the new hdd

My advice - find a host who is local. Local enough to pop around to the office, physically have a look at the hardware, meet the people in charge, and then you can begin what will be a long and profitable (and friendly) business relationship.

So looks like I still might be abl to set up that small adult TGP/Blog hosting afterall ;)

- 250 gigs SATA HD
- 1000 Gigs/month premium Bandwith

i sell space ... Iam a virtual landlord ... My " store space " can be used for anything legal ... and can be paid by paypal or other means ... It is SPACE, nothing else.

I do have shops selling adult dvd's ... Obviously, I do not use Paypal, since this is actual adult xxx content ...

Take it a step further .. You need a script... The scriptwebsite accepts paypal .. you are going to use that script on an adult site .. do you think it should be not " paypal " possible ...
