Verizon cell service..
I'm just wondering if this is a common deal with Verizon cell phones.
I needed a new cell phone and I was tired of my other service so I signed up with Verizion. The phone service works great but I keep ending up with shit tacked on my bill that I didn't ask for. First month I had a free promo of the Internet on the phone. I made sure to cancel it because it wasn't anything I was going to pay for. Two months later I notice they are charging me for Internet service. So I call up and make then deduct it from my bill. This was last month. Now I get my bill and I see a "data communication" charge of $59 tagged on my bill. So I call them up and the operator tells me it was added the same day the internet was removed. So they claim it was probably a mistake by them. So I'm wondering is this a common deal with Verizion or am I just unlucky with them sofar?

This happened to me with Sprint for about 6 months straight. Try and speak with a supervisor.

i have been with verizon before they were called verizon. Since 1996. The last year has been a nightmare. I pretty much argue with them every month now. Data charges are very common, some movie flix charge they tack on, a KB storage for email and i dont even use their email. Their signal strength is great, especially in NYC, never a problem. They just are trying to sneak extra sh1t into my phone bill every month. Make sure you look over your bill carefully each time. By any chance, did you get a PDA phone????

Makes you wonder how these billion dollar main steam companies do this shit all the time and get away with it. Yet if a intenet porn company did the same it would end at a grand jury.

Well I just got off the phone with them to have $194.97 worth of over charges removed from my account. (which they were supposed to do days ago)
Just bumping this to see if any others are having the same issues.
