Has anyone form Canada used them to get merchant account. Any reviews...good bad or ugly?

If we get a merchant account there does that mean we can use ccbill as a processor?

No, you need to use a gateway provider such as netbilling or jettis that interfaces between your merchant account and Visa

Correct but you have to make sure the merchant account bank is compatible with the gateway.
