anyone else have this issue.
i withdrew some money from atm yesterday, and it took it twice out of my account Visa 22 May 2007 TORONTO DOMINI/TD BANK -320.00 CAD No OS for Card Visa 22 May 2007 TD BANK -320.00 CAD Outstanding no OS for card? |

I had that message too when a company was holding back a payment because I couldn't scan the card I used (duh, it's virtual).
