You can put a Google Analytics plug in on it, really simple.
I use awstats myself with word press. or if having everything Google make you uncomfortable there's Hit's Link (Plug in).(can't vouch for this one, but I heard it's decent) |

firestats really bogs down the blog after a while
server stats only show so much and to get them working properly it takes a shit ton of tweaking from the server admin I gave up on trying to find a internet blog solution a long whlie ago, I just use cnstats now on all my blogs |
