Measure 3 times cut once..lol
that is the golden rule for carpentry and i just found out the hard way...lol
been building my walls in the basement...so just framing the wood..today i screwed together an 8 foot section and then found out i forgot to cut the vertical pieces to the proper length.....sigh |

yeah i hate doing any kind of carpentry work, i always hire that stuff out. i dont mind putting in hardwood floors or tile because you can cut and be and 1/8 of an inch off and it wont matter.
