But seriously, you're not giving enough information about what you want. The majority of them use SQL these days, and are written in PHP or Perl. It's hard to tell you what's available without knowing what you're using.

i do not know php and database. I need something that works with html. I built louisianaguysdotcom on my own and what i need is where people can vote for a certain number of guys all the way down to one. the site is in my sig

well if i taught myself how to build a a website such as the one in my sig and my company website then im sure with the right direction and help from those willing to share their knowledge i am sure that home depot can hire the average schmoe that cant load a webpage....
