1 cent keywords in Google

1 cent keywords in Google
I know they still exist very well but how do you find them?
Any tips?
I am mainly looking for some ideas on how to go about finding keywords.

Yes they do. Use wordze and keyword tracker or, if you have time, overture's keyword suggestion tool to find low traffic long aka "long tail" keywords. If you need workers TRAINED to do this right. Hit me up We do ADSENSE right :D

i don't understand, is someone uses the word "sex" even with a long keyword it is still "sex" so you have 20 results, so it is expensive.
If you want unexpensive traffic you have to target something else.

By selecting to get traffic from the Google 'content network' you'll get a whole lot more clicks, but I usually uncheck that on my ads there. It way be worth it to use it though on 1 cent keywords.

What is 1 cent for someone else may be $5 for you. It's not as simple as picking a keyword. Anyone that tries to tell you otherwise is a liar or an idiot.

right but the funny thing is that on my sites with adsense running, I get no more than 1 cpc as an advertiser yet when I try to buy ads google tells me minimum bid is 6 cents
so there has to be a list of these cheap adwords.

One doesn't have anything to do with the other. for exdample maybe I can get the word "widget" for 1 cent, but you google wants $1. Now it's not that Google like me more, it's more that my ad and landing page are optimized for that keyword and also maybe my ad get more clicks. That's why people get high bid prices. They have ad and landing pages that aren't optimzed for that keyword. Anyone that is very good at SEO should be able to get dirt cheap adwords bids. Of course if you're good enough to get a top placement on the free listing why would you even bother using adwords even if the bids are dirt cheap?

does someone have impressions about how the content networks traffic converts compared to the traffic from the ads on google itself?

(except that there should more fraud clicks on the content network)

If you start a new campaign or add keywords you have no "history" for that keyword, so there is a minimum bid. However, if over time your Quality Score for that keyword/ad is very high it can drop lower than the minimum.

For example, you start a new campaign and target 10 keywords. You bid 0.10 for each. After a few weeks, for example, a few are getting very high click-throughs while others are poor. The poor ones you may still be at 0.10 but the ones with high CTR may drop to 0.04, etc.
