I think it means you can save a custom set of up to 50 keywords.

the 50 keywords are your quick jump links in the login and also are the lists that get emailed to you daily. you receive all the results for those keywords (not limited) if there is anything you need please hit up cs @ ipalert or juicy.

you can check the whois 1-click off the graphical interface. usually the original reg date stays in tact once you capture the domain. the overture results show up w/tld and w/out if it is present btw. we do use a/i to optimize the lookups..
